Service Requests

NON-EMERGENCY service request:

The Maintenance Department is available  for your service request from 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. You may submit your service request online using the form below.

emergency service request:

For emergency maintenance issues that require immediate attention, please call the site office during business hours.  After 4:30pm Monday thru Friday and weekends, please call the after hours emergency line at (314) 968-5778.

 an emergency is:

  • No Water
  • No Hot Water (prior to 10pm)
  • No Heat when the temperature is below 50 degrees
  • No Air Conditioning when the temperature is above 85 degrees
  • A non-functioning refrigerator
  • A non-functioning door lock
  • Drain or sewer back-up, or toilet overflow
  • Toilet back-up/stoppage in apartment with one (1) bathroom
  • Property Damage (due to Fire/Storm and/or Wind Damage)
  • Break-ins that require a repair to secure the apartment

lock-out policy:

If you should become locked out of your apartment after office hours, please be informed that there is a $50.00 CASH FEE for unlocking the apartment, payable prior to entrance to the apartment, to the “on-call” maintenance or office personnel.
