Beth Melton joined NRE as the Director of Multifamily Properties in February 2021. In this role, Beth is directly responsible for NRE’s multi-family communities. Prior to joining NRE, Beth was an Operations Specialist with Millennia Housing Management. In her previous role, she assisted with troubleshooting for multiple sites, totaling 48 communities in 10 states. She has 15 years of experience in the multi-family industry and project management, with an emphasis in compliance for Tax Credit, Section 8 and Market Rate communities. Beth holds a designation as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
